Track 1: Neurology
Neurology deals with injuries, disorders, diagnosis and treatment of the brain, spine and nervous system including their coverings, blood vessels, and all effector tissues. More than 600 known neurological disorders are there which affects our nervous system severely but still for most of the diseases treatment options are very limited and research is going on. According to a global study conducted by World Health Organization 8 out of 10 disorders are neurologic problems in which 3 are highest disability classes. Every year 6.8 million people are dying all over the world due to neurological disorders or injury. In Europe 38% of total population is suffering from a brain disorder. In United States Stroke is the third leading cause of death. Globally 62 million people are suffering from cerebrovascular disease, 50 million from epilepsy, 326 million from migraine, 160 among 100000 from Parkinson’s disease and 24 million from Alzheimer disease dementias. The global cost of mental health conditions alone is $ 2.5 trillion as of now and is expected to reach $6 trillion by the year 2030.

Cerebrovascular disorders are conditions that are caused by problems which affect the blood supply to the brain. It is third most frequent cause of death and leading cause of adult disability. Of the 750,000 people suffer stroke annually 170,000 will die due to stroke.
The most common forms of cerebrovascular disease are cerebral thrombosis and cerebral embolism followed by cerebral haemorrhage.
The four most common types are: Stroke, subarachnoid haemorrhage, Transient ischaemic attack and vascular dementia.
Cerebrovascular surgery involves operative treatment of neurovascular disorders of the brain and spine and surrounding blood vessels. The most common maladies treated by a cerebrovascular surgery include arteriovenous malformations, aneurysms and stroke. Track 6: Functional Neurosurgery
Epilepsy may occur as a result of a number of other conditions including tumors, strokes, head trauma, previous infections of the central nervous system, genetic abnormalities, and as a result of Brain damage around the time of birth. Parkinson’s disease is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system mainly affecting the motor system. The motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease result from the death of dopamine-generating cells in the substantia nigra, a region of the mid brain.

Track 7: Traumatic Neurosurgery
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is a nondegenerative, noncongenital affront to the brain from an outer mechanical power, potentially prompting perpetual or impermanent disability of psychological, physical, and psychosocial capacities with a related decreased or modified condition of cognizance. Frequently, the term brain injury is utilized synonymously with head damage, which may not be connected with neurological deficiencies. The definition additionally has been dangerous with varieties in consideration criteria. In case of diffuse axonal injury brain neurons which communicate with each other are injured and loss the ability to communicate and integrate with each other. In United States 1.4 million people endure a traumatic brain injury (TBI) each year among which around 50,000 die, 235,000 are hospitalized. Head injury is very common among young adults and Trauma is the leading cause of death in people under 40.

Track 9: Spinal Surgery
Vertebral column or spine is a part of axial skeleton consisting 33 bones. There is a number of disorders and injuries which effects our sentation, body control and movement severely. For some spinal disorders, surgery is not required but for severe cases surgery is essential. Minimally invasive spine surgery treats Degenerative disc disease, Lumbar spinal stenosis, Spinal deformities, Spinal Tumors, Spinal infections and many other conditions.
Spinal fusion market is expected to reach $6.9 billion by 2020. Global spinal surgery devices market is expected to reach $14.8 billion by 2017, with an estimated yearly growth rate of 5.1% in the next five years and in Europe it is expected to reach $2,993.6 million by 2019.

Track 10: Endovascular Neurosurgery
Endovascular neurosurgery or neuro-interventional surgery is a procedure in which small tools are used which passes through blood vessels to diagnose and treat various disorders and conditions of the central nervous system. The term endovascular means “inside a blood vessel.” Endovascular neurosurgery uses tools that pass through the blood vessels to diagnose and treat diseases and conditions rather than using open surgery. The surgeon often uses radiology images to help him or her to see the part of the body involved in the procedure. This minimally invasive image guide technique is well accepted over traditional surgery as it minimizes the risks and provides healthy outcomes and quick recovery. Angiography devices market is expected to reach $27.7 billion by 2019. Global Interventional Neurology Market Is expected to reach $2,370.4 Million by the year 2020.

Track 17: Advance Techniques on Neurosurgery
Diagnostic tests and procedures are vital tools that help physicians confirm or rule out the presence of a neurological disorder or other medical condition. Tests and techniques such as Chorionic villus sampling, Pre-symptomatic testing, Biomarkers, Molecular diagnostics, Neuroimaging and Human Neuroimaging are commonly used to diagnose. Neuromodulation is the physiological process by which a given neuron uses one or more chemicals to regulate diverse populations of neurons. This is in contrast to classical synaptic transmission, in which one presynaptic neuron directly influences a single postsynaptic partner. Neuromodulation can be conceptualized as a neurotransmitter that is not reabsorbed by the pre-synaptic neuron or separated into a metabolite. Such neuromodulators wind up investing a lot of energy in the cerebrospinal liquid (CSF), affecting (or "regulating") the action of a few different neurons in the cerebrum. Consequently, a few neurotransmitters are likewise thought to be neuromodulators, for example, serotonin and acetylcholine. Worldwide neuromodulation business market was evaluated at $3.65 Billion in 2015 and estimated to reach $6.20 Billion by 2020 with a CAGR of 11.2%.
